Really have a lot of ingredients...

I wanted to try the 'Fried Chicken Wings' from the same food centre, but it seems that most of the time I'm either too early or I'm too unlucky. Therefore, I always ended up trying some other stuff over here and...

'Fried Kway Teow'
For a start, the 'Fried Kway Teow' over here really comes with a lot of
ingredients. The chef has added ingredients like 'slices of Fish Cake',
'Chinese Sausages', 'Cockles', 'crunchy Beansprouts', 'fried egg' and
also a nice mix of 'Noodles' and 'Kway Teow' into this dish.

Taste wise, there's a nice balance between the amount of 'Noodles' and
'Kway Teow' that were added into this dish. It ended up to be neither
too wet nor too dry, which makes it perfect. On top of that, the
ingredients over here were properly prepared too. Especially when the
'Beansprouts' doesn't come with a strange odour and the cockles also
doesn't come with a fishy smell. Hence, the overall taste of this is
heavenly and not too sickening sweet at the same time. The only thing
that I hope that they could improve on will be the step of increasing
the spiciness of this dish. :P

So where can you give this dish a try?
The name of this stall would be 'Soon Lee Fried Kway Teow(順利炒粿條)'.
The stall is located inside 'Toa Payoh Lorong 5 Food Centre'.
