How pancake should be...

And I'm not referring to the western pancakes over here. I'm referring to the Chinese pancake, which is also known as '麺煎粿' in Mandarin. And here comes...

This would be a 'Coconut-flavoured Pancake'.
Okay, I have to admit that I have taken a shot of the pancake from a
very strange angle... Either ways, this pancake doesn't comes with a
very thick pancake, which I think is the correct way of making it.
Pancake, regardless whether it's western or Chinese, should not be
something that makes you too full. It should be the kind of food that
can be eaten for leisure or fun, pretty much similar to a cupcake.
Anyway, since the skin of the pancake is neither too thick nor too thin,
the bite friendly pancake and the generous amount of fillings that was
given have come together and make it into a satisfying snack. :P

And here's the complete list of flavours that you can choose from...

So where can you try this Chinese pancake?

The name of this stall would be 'Loh Jia Pancake'(羅佳麺煎粿).
It's located inside 'Redhill Market'.
