Not so much of Japanese but Thai...

I happen to know about this Thai and Japanese restaurant located in the town area. Being a big fan of both types of delicacies, I decided to give it a try and it ended up to be more of a Thai than a Japanese restaurant.

'Mango Salad'
It's in fact a mountain of shredded mango. The overall taste of this dish
is refreshing and crunchy. But where does the crunchiness comes from? On
top of the shredded mango, the chef has also added a generous portion of
carrots, fried shrimps, peanuts, etc... And since all of these ingredients
are serve cold, this dish ended up to be pretty refreshing and it acts as
'heaven' as compared to 'hell', which is the upcoming dish.

'ZENSO Ramen'
Pretty much similar to a bowl of Japanese Ramen, they are using their own
mix of 'Tom Yum' soup instead of the common Japanese Pork Broth. So why do
I link this dish to 'hell'? This is because, the soup is really very very
spicy. The taste of it is so fiery that to some extent I almost have
difficulty finishing the whole bowl of soup. (Even with the help of a glass
of warm water and the refreshing plate of 'Mango Salad', my tongue felt as
if it's on fire.) =.="" Ingredients like prawns, mushrooms, Japanese Ramen
noodles are also added into the bowl of Ramen too. I think that the only
thing that I can complain about this dish would be the portion of noodles
that was given. It's definitely not satisfying enough. :(

The name of this restaurant would be 'ZENSO'.
It's located on level 1 of 'Sunshine Plaza'.
