Queueing up for more Dumplings ...

Though there are a few eateries located pretty near my current workplace, but once in a while, I will feel adventurous and I will ended up stepping out of the neighbourhood and travel a bit to some of the eateries that are further away.

It's a Friday afternoon and it's around 1pm, but yet there's a
queue outside this stall. I wonder what's so great about it.

'Dumplings Noodles'
Since most of the people in the queue are going for either the
'Wanton Noodles' or the 'Dumplings Noodles', I decided to drop the idea
of trying the 'Hor Fun' and go with the above.

Wootz, though the coffee shop can appear to be pretty old, but the noodles
from this stall are pretty good. The sambal chilli that was placed on the
side of the plate isn't too spicy, but it does come with a pretty strong
smell of prawns as you taste it. After stirring the noodles and the
ingredients thoroughly, here comes the fun part. The noodles that you are
getting here are pretty springy and firm. (Though, I personally feel that
it will be perfect if the noodles can be slightly a bit more softer.)
In fact this plate of noodles and ingredients were so satisfying that I
ended up finishing the whole plate of noodles, even before I started
digging into the bowl of 'Dumpling Soup'. :P

The 'Dumplings' were pretty good too. Though it might appear to be
pretty small, but once you started to pop one of them into your mouth,
you will just keep on going on and on. The ingredients used in each and
every one of them were pretty generous and not forgetting tasty. :D

So where can you try the noodles?

The name of this stall would be 'Soon Heng Noodle'(順興面家).
It's located in the coffee shop at the corner of 'Pepys Road',
which is located near 'Pasir Panjang Food Centre'.
