Do you love to eat 'Char Kway Teow'? I know I am, but due to the way how the hawkers outside are preparing this dish, I don't think it's possible for me to have it on a regular basis. However this hawker has proven me wrong. Introducing...
The Greenest and Healthiest 'Char Kway Teow'
Different from a normal plate of 'Char Kway Teow', this is too
greenish and much more healthier, especially when it's covered by
a mountain of green vegetables. Whahahahahaha XD.
To some extent, I think the stall owner is trying to promote the
"Add more vegetables to your food" campaign...? Though the vegetables
are pretty much tasteless, but it's pretty crunchy. (Probably it's
because the vegetables are stir fried.)
After spending some time struggling with the mountain of vegetables,
it has finally reveal the original look. Although the stall owner
has added a large portion of ingredients like bean sprouts, eggs,
cockles, etc..., but the taste of the 'Char Kway Teow' still remains
to be pretty normal. I guess the most attractive part about this
would be the amount of vegetables that can be added to the normal
plate of 'Char Kway Teow'. :)
So where can you try this?
The name of this stall would be 'Heng Huat Fried Kway Teow'(興發炒粿條).
It's located inside 'Pasir Panjang Food Centre'.
