I was loitering around Joo Chiat area at night and I decided to have my dinner there. For some strange reason, I saw a lot of people gathering at this coffee shop eating. And that's where the fun is....
Probably just by taking a look at this bowl of noodles, I guess most of
you would strongly agree with me that this is the kind of noodles that
suits me the most. It's merely chilli and noodles only. ==""
In fact, this is a bowl of 'Wanton Noodles (Dry)', but all the ingredients
were covered by a pretty thick layer of noodles. The ingredients will slowly
come into sight as you stirred the noodles, the chilli and the ingredients
thoroughly.
Taste wise, though the Char Siew (Barbecued Meat) that was given was pretty
normal and same goes for the small wantons, but the noodles are pretty good.
In fact rather than categorise it as good, the taste of the noodles are
fantastic. The noodles are springy, much thicker than the usual wanton
noodles and it's neither too hard nor too soft, the texture are pretty good.
In fact I don't mind travelling great distance to give the noodles a.
try again :D
So what's the stall behind all these delicious noodles?
Notes:
