Tangy Noodles...

I was spending the last saturday, catching up with my friends and time really flies. One moment we were having a heavy lunch at nex Shopping Centre and the next moment, we were keeping a lookout for potential dining places nearby.

'Dumplings Noodles'
Since my friends were boasting about the fantastically good noodles that they
are preparing and selling over here, I decided to give it a try too. For a
start, the 'dumplings' are pretty yummy. The nice mixture of prawns, vegetables
and meat has given the 'dumplings' a crunchy and yummy touch. As for the soup,
it's pretty normal. However...

the noodles are pretty fantastic. Probably because the helpers at this stall
are practising the method of cooking the noodles in hot water follow by the
step of rinsing the noodles in cold water before serving it on a plate,
therefore that might be one of the main reasons behind the process of
preparing fantastically good noodles. The noodles are pretty tangy and chewy.
On top of that, it's neither too soft nor too hard, which make it even much
more better. In fact, I already find the noodles to be pretty good already,
but my friends have told me that the taste and the texture of the noodles
are even much more better when the lady helping out at the stall cooks it.

So where can you give the fantastically good noodles a try?
The name of this stall would be 'Ding Ji Noodle House'(鼎记云吞面家).
It's located inside one of the coffee shops located beneath
'Blk 261 Serangoon Central'.
