A fishy Breakfast...

Since there was a meeting early in the morning and I have managed to wake up early (too early) for it, I decided to try my luck with the breakfast options over here.

'Pork Porridge(猪肉粥) and Raw Fish Slices(生鱼片)'
Since the nice 'Wanton Noodles' isn't open, I decided to give the porridge over
here a try too. For a start, although the texture of the porridge is pretty
acceptable, but the taste of it is pretty normal and a little too plain. However...

The 'Raw Fish Slices' are amazingly good. With a generous portions of raw fish
slices, lettuce, sesame oil, a bit of soy sauce and fried shallots, this is a
refreshing plate of food for breakfast. The taste of each individual slice of
raw fish are pretty fresh and the fragrance of the sesame oil are pretty nice too.
The vegetables that come with the dish are pretty crunchy and refreshing too. In
another words, I think that I have just found a new place for good breakfast. :D

So where can you give the 'Raw Fish Slices' a try?
The name of this stall would be 'Rui Ji'(瑞记).
It's located inside the village of 'A'.

Notes:
  • Opening Hours:
    Tuesdays - Sundays: 07:30 - 11:00
    (Closed on Mondays)
  • One thing that I love about this place would be the freshness of the 'Raw Fish Slices'. I was queueing and observing the helpers of the stall at the same time. One of the helpers has been consistently slicing and preparing plates of 'Raw Fish Slices' non-stop. And looking at the speed that they are selling away the individual plates has pretty much explain why the same guy has to keep on slicing and preparing plates of 'Raw Fish Slices' non-stop. :P
