Shark eats Pig Trotter Jelly?

Let's face it, eventually we humans were the greediest group of living things that have ever existed. Even if your favourite dish was served for lunch and dinner everyday, you will eventually get sick of it and you will start to keep an lookout for new/possible good alternatives. Therefore...

'Shark Meat'(白牙沙鱼)
Why go for the expensive 'Shark Fin' when you can have 'Shark Meat'
at a affordable price over here? For a start, the 'Shark Meat' isn't
fried or deep fried. I saw the stall owner boiling a large portion
of 'Shark Meat' at one go and he only boil the 'Shark Meat' only a
short moment before scooping up all the 'Shark Meat' into a tray. This
makes it pretty healthy. On top of that, the portion of 'Shark Meat'
that was given were pretty generous too. Taste wise, the 'Shark Meat'
are pretty fresh, tender and the meat are much more firm than the
fish slices that you are getting in your regular bowl of 'Sliced fish
Soup'. In fact, this seems to be pretty rare delicacy that you can
find in a regular food centre or hawker centre, therefore please give
this a try if you have the time. :D

'Pig Trotter Jelly'(猪脚冻)
According to all the articles that were available on the internet,
the process of making this dish seems to be crazily tedious. For a
start, the stall owner has to spend a bit of time removing all the
fats and bones from the pig trotter before marinating it using his
secret formula and stew for 10 long hours to bring out the gelatin
from the pig trotter. After the long stewing process, the mixture
will have to be refrigerated for a very long period of time, and
once it have a jelly like texture, it's ready to be served.
The texture of the dish is pretty interesting. For a start, the
dish is pretty chewy, which is caused by the meat and the gelatin
of the meat itself. By having it with the chilli sauce or the
special blend of sauce that they are offering, you are basically
tasting and trying something new and special. Trust me, just the
texture of the dish itself, it's pretty interesting already. Taste
wise, if you are into the slices of cold pork in a Chinese feast,
this will definitely be something that you must give it a go.

'Lao Liang Pig Trotter Jelly Shark Meat'(老兩猪脚冻白牙沙鱼).
It's located on level 2 of 'Berseh Food Centre',
which is located along 'Jalan Besar Road'.
