Andhra food

According to my friend, Andhra Food, which is a type of Indian food, are famous for it's spicy flavour. Therefore, since I'm a big fan of spicy food, I decided to give it a go.

'Chicken Biryani'
Probably some of you will picture a plate of 'Chicken Biryani' to be a complete mess,
however rather than scooping the biryani from the metal bowl onto the plate slowly,
I have a much more easier way of doing it. You can just cover the metal bowl of
biryani using a plate and flip it over quickly. Rather than lifting the metal bowl up
immediately, I would turn the bowl slowly, before lifting it up. (Usually, there will
still be a bit of biryani rice left inside the bowl. I would just scoop the rest of
them out of the bowl and add it to the plate. By the way, if you are going to use
this method, please be careful of the hot metal bowl. :P)

Taste wise, the 'Papadum' that was given was flawless. The entire thing was pretty
crispy. As for the taste of the warm biryani itself, the fragrance of the biryani
rice were pretty good. Even though the taste of the chicken meat were pretty normal,
but when you mix it with the biryani rice, the overall taste of this dish was actually
fantastic. However, despite giving more than 2 different types of curry a try, I'm
kinda disappointed because the food over here isn't spicy enough. Even though the
taste of the biryani over here were excellent, but it have not meet the expectation
of spicy food. Or maybe I should give some other dishes a try next time round.

So where can you give the tasty biryani a try?
The name of this place would be 'Andhra Curry'.
It's located near 'Little India MRT'.
