When you have a urge for fish meat, what is the best way to savour it? Rather than focusing on Noodle dishes today, I am going to introduce a stall that prepares a fish soup that comes with one of the biggest slice of fish in Singapore.
This would be the main subject of this post. Introducing the fish soup that comes with one of the biggest slice of fish in Singapore. Let us talk about the soup first. It contains ingredients like big slices of fish, bitter gourd and some other vegetables to enhance the taste of the soup. It isn't an easy task to find clear fish soup with bitter gourd in Singapore anymore. This is because most of them have move on to the step of adding milk into the fish soup, which can be a bit too sweet for me sometimes. Anyway by taking a sip from the fish soup reminds me of the good old days. (~.~) Next, let us talk about the big slices of fish. Beside being one of the biggest slice of fish for a fish soup in Singapore, the meat of each slice of fish is firm yet tender. Here comes the best part, despite being the biggest, each slice of fish were fully cooked. So what else can you ask for? :D (By the way, the fish soup only cost me S$3.00 and a bowl of rice cost me S$0.50. I personally think that it's pretty cheap especially when it's a delicious meal.) |
Before I move on to the step of introducing the location of the stall, let us take
a look at part of the menu first. This stall also provides 'Oyster Soup/Noodles'.
For those who have eaten the 'Taiwanese' delicacy before can probably try this
and feedback how good or how bad the stall have been preparing this dish. :D
The name of the stall would be 'China Fish Soup'. I guess this should more or less
explains the title of this post. :D It is located on level 2 of 'Taman Jurong
Market and Food Centre'.
Note:
- Stall Number: 02-75
- Operating Hours: 8am - 8pm daily
