'Beancurd' Though they are selling the sweet and smooth beancurd over here, but that isn't the most interesting point about the dessert over here.

'Grass Jelly with Gingko Nuts' Dessert wise, they are only selling a few different types. But on top of the basic deliverable, you can top up several other types of ingredients to it. There's stuff like 'gingko nuts', 'ginger', 'attap seeds', etc... Though I loved the bitter taste 'Grass Jelly', but I don't mind adding a few other types of ingredients and add an additional taste to it.
