When others are mostly black this is actually...

red in color. So what is red in color? I'm not referring to a bowl of 'Laksa' over here (In fact 'Laksa' is more of an orangy color. lol), I'm actually referring to...

'Wanton Noodles'
This comes with a plate of Noodles topped with a variety of ingredients
and a bowl of soup. While queuing up for the food, I was examining the
stall, it seems that they are preparing and making their own 'wantons'
over here.

Probably its due to the fact that I have requested for a bit more
chilli, therefore the sauce ended up to be slightly a bit reddish in
color. But after pouring in the sliced green chillies and spending a
bit of time stirring the plate of Noodles, it's time for the fun part.

Covered in the sweet and spicy sauce, the springy texture of the thin
Noodles is a (+). Though it's covered with pretty ordinary ingredients,
but the crunchy vegetables and the thick and chewy 'Barbecued Pork'
are one of the key components that contributes that changes this into
a delicious plate of 'Wanton Noodles'.

On top of that, I loved the bowl of soup too. Not only it's sweet, it
also has the taste of spring onions too. But the best part of the bowl
of soup, would be the big and yummy 'wantons'. The stall over here has
wrapped a lump of meaty ingredients inside the 'wantons', which is
reasonably good. :) This makes me ponder how good the dumplings over
here would end up to be...

So where can you give the 'wanton Noodles' a good try?
The name of this stall would be "Koung's Wan Tan Mee"(龔氏雲吞面).
It's located in one of the coffee shops located along 'Sims Ave'.
