Prawns with unlimited soup...

I love to drink soup. Regardless of the nature of the soup, as long as it's a bowl of soup, it would definite capture my interest to give it a try. Hence...

'Prawn Noodles'(Dry)
In order to savor the original taste of the soup, I would go for
for the dry version of the 'Prawn Noodles' most of the time. For
a start, the texture of the 'Kway Teow'(Rice Noodles) doesn't fail
to amaze me. Once I started pouring in all the sliced Chilli and
mix all the ingredients together, the bowl of ingredients ended up
coated in this beautiful orangy/brown color. Even with all the
mixing and stirring, the texture of the Noodles are perfect.
They are neither too dry nor too wet. On top of that, I love the
taste and fragrance of the Chilli paste that they are using over
here. However, even though the prawns are pretty big, they are
a bit too soft to my liking. Nevertheless, I still enjoy the taste
and the sensation of the tasty Noodles.

The best part of the meal would be the bowl of soup that comes in
a vivid orangy color. I love the overall taste of the soup that
comes with a nice taste of 'Prawns'. One can easily emptied the
bowl of soup within seconds and just when you think that that's
everything... You are so so wrong. You can always go back to the
stall and request for an endless serving of soup, which is a (+).

So where can you give the bowl of Noodles a good try?
The name of the stall would be 'Whitley Road Big Prawn Noodles'(威利大虾面).
It's located inside 'Old Airport Road Food Centre'.
