The Best Traditional Chinese Dessert Restaurant in 'Town'

According to a friend of mine, this place have been serving the best 'Mango Pomelo Sago'(楊枝甘露) in town. Without further ado, let us proceed to the desserts that they have been making. :P

Let us start off with the menu first.

On one side of their menu shows all the hot desserts that they have in store.

On the other side, it shows all the cold desserts that they have been making.

This would be one of their speciality - 'Mango Pomelo Sago'(楊枝甘露).
According to my friend, she had tasted most of the 'Mango Pomelo Sago'
that you can find in Singapore and she still thinks that this is the best.

Just one glance of this dessert,'Chocolate Snow Ice'(巧克力雪花冰),
is already a bit too much for me. I'm not a big fan of chocolate
but this is seriously too much for me. My eyes were like @@.

I like the look of this dessert, 'Watermelon and Lychee Snow Ice'(西瓜荔枝雪花冰),
and the taste of the sago look alike thingy was pretty unique and nice.

Although, I have not tasted the 'Mango Pomelo Sago'(楊枝甘露) before
but I had tasted this 'Mango Snow Ice'(芒果雪花冰) before. And if the
mango that was used in both desserts were of the same, then trust me
this place is really worth trying.

So what is the restaurant behind all these delicious delicacies?

This would be the restaurant behind all these delicacies.
The name of the restaurant? 'Wei Xiang Yuan'(味香園). It's located near
Chinatown MRT and probably you might want to go there early as the place
can be very crowded at night.

Some extra info:
  • The logo of the restaurant might look familiar to you. Go to a big supermarket near you and take a stroll down the food/dry food section and you will know why. :P
