The Green Dragon hidden in the woods...

Nope, the title doesn't mean that I am going to eat a dragon today. It just happen to be related to my post today. I dont't think it is even possible for you to find a dragon today, let alone eating them.

As for today, introducing...
Yang Chun Noodles(阳春面) and Spicy Dumpling Soup(麻辣抄手).
After trying a variety of Yang Chun Noodles, I'm getting lost with the
term Yang Chun Noodles. And it seems that this place is selling the
Authentic Shanghai style Yang Chun Noodles. It seems that in Shanghai,
Yang Chun Noodles is basically a bowl of noodles with soup only.
Nothing else will be added to the Noodles and even if something is
added to it, it would most probably be chopped green onions only.
Like I have been saying in the past, simplicity is the best. XD

Let's move on to the next dish, Spicy Dumpling Soup(麻辣抄手).
Instead of expressing how much I love the taste of this dish,
I am going to teach you how to learn to appreciate spicy food. XD
Firstly, take a few sips from the soup of the dish, or take a few
bite from the dish first. Continue taking a few more bites, followed
with a few sip from a hot cup of tea or water or soup.
(Note: it must not be a cold drink this is because it have been proven
that once you take a cold drink after drinking a thick spicy bowl of
soup can easily cause indigestion and even acid reflux.)
Continue with the steps stated in the above and you will eventually
get to learn to appreciate spicy food. The best part will only appear
when you take a sip from your beverage. The cooling, refreshing feeling,
something that I will never ever forget... XD

The above would be the menu of the stall. For a Noodle fan like me,
this is like a stall specially built for me. By the way, there are
10 pieces of dumplings in each bowl of dumplings soup and you will be
getting 20 pieces of dumplings for the bigger size of dumpling soup, but as
for myself, a smaller bowl of dumplings soup is more than enough. XD

This is how the stall looks like. It is located in one of the canteens
of Prince George's Park Residences.

Oh by the way, as for the reason behind the title of this post,
would be due to the fact that the name of the stall would be
'Green Dragon Noodle King(青龙大面王)'.

Note:
  • This stall is opened everyday.
  • Operating hours would be morning till 8pm at night during weekdays and morning till 6pm during weekends.
