Not for lunch.....

There are meals that are much more suitable to be taken for breakfast as compared to lunch. And here's an example of one of them...

'Vegetarian Fried Been Hoon'(Rice Vermicelli)
This appears to be one of the few vegetarian stalls that are located inside
this market. How should I put it.... Though the plate of 'Fried Been Hoon'
comes with a big variety of ingredients('Mock Meats', 'French Beans', 'chillies')
but the portion isn't big enough to satisfy my appetite during lunch time. On
top of that, the 'Fried Bee Hoon' is a bit too dry for me, perhaps I'm a bit
too used to the 'wet' vegetarian 'Fried Bee Hoon'. My favorite ingredient over
here would be the 'Fried Spring Roll' that I have topped up. Not only it's
crunchy outside, the good mix of vegetables inside made it pretty tasty too.
Best of all, the Spring Roll ain't too oily, which makes it reasonably good. :)

So where can you give the 'Spring Roll' a good try?
The name of this stall would be 'Ji Xiang'(吉祥).
It's hidden inside 'Clementi Market and Food Centre'.
