'Coconut Ice Kacang'(椰糖红豆冰) One might ask, what makes this different from ordinary 'Ice Kacang'? Let me get this straight. They are covering the layer of ice with 'Gula Melaka'(Palm Sugar). And I have listed this dessert as one of those that I would only be having once a month. The extremely POWERFUL sweet taste is a bit too much for me.... TT.TT Besides of overloading the consumer with a complete sweetness, the ingredients that are hidden beneath the Ice Mountain isn't that bad too. Not too bad for a dessert stall. |
