Okinawa Diner Nirai Kanai

A few weeks ago, I was doing a bit of window shopping and I suddenly have the urge of having Japanese Set Meal for dinner. However, it's getting late, therefore it might be kinda difficult to find Japanese set meal at that hour. Either ways, I still ended up to be walking around 'Liang Court' and...

despite of the late hours (around 9:30pm), I still manage
to find a Japanese restaurant that is opened.
The name of the restaurant would be 'Okinawa Diner Nirai Kanai'
and it's located on level B1 of the shopping mall.
Besides for the common Japanese set meals, they are also offering
Okinawa set meals, sakes, Japanese Cold Noodles, etc...
Come to think of it, they do have a large list of food items for
an individual to give it a try. :D

I ended up ordering the Okinawa 'Simmered Pork' Set Meal.
The set meal comes with a bowl of Plain rice, Soup (Aosa-seaweed),
Vinegared vege dish, Fried meat miso, Peanut bran curd, and most
importantly a plate of 'Simmered Pork'. :D
However, I don't really like plain rice, therefore I decided to
give the 'Okinawa Seasoned Rice' a try.

The 'Okinawa Seasoned Rice' comes with a lot of vegetables
and it's pretty tasty. However the rice isn't free flow. ==""

Here comes the main dish 'Simmered Pork'.
The meat is pretty thick, isn't too salty and
most importantly it's pretty delicious.
And the Seasoned egg that comes with it is superb.

Add-on: Here's a photo of one of the infamous item in 'Okinawa'.
The name of this item would be 'Shisa'.
And I think that it looks kinda cute. :P

Anyway, if you happen to have a bit of spare time, you probably might want to give this restaurant a try. :D
