Better than economical rice

From time to time, there ought to be situations where you feel like eating a variety of food or ingredients yet you can only go for a meal, therefore...

pretty much similar to a 'Yong Tau Hu' stall, you can take a plate and
choose a few different kinds of ingredients and the stall owners will
prepare the rest. You can also choose to have the plate of ingredients
with or without a plate of 'Fried Bee Hoon'.

'Fried Bee Hoon'
A simple plate of 'Fried Bee Hoon' to go with the plate of ingredients.

Though I have selected a variety of ingredients, but out of all of them,
the most delicious one would be the 'Deep fried strip of dough, 'You Tiao',
stuffed with fishcake'. After taking a few pieces of it, it sort of reminds
me of the delicacy, 'You Tiao stuffed with cuttlefish meat'. The skin of
the 'You Tiao' are pretty crispy and the meat inside are pretty chewy,
which already makes it simple irresistible. On top of that, dipping it in
the mayonnaise sauce simple makes the taste of the 'You Tiao' even much more
unforgettable and delicious.

The 'Ngoh Hiang' that you can get from this place are pretty good too.
The stall owners are pretty generous with the amount of ingredients that
they are wrapping into each and every one of them. The taste of each and
every piece are pretty good and I realised that the 'Ngoh Hiang' were
pretty fresh too. When I was chewing on a piece of 'Ngoh Hiang', I can
sense the presence of the fresh and crunchy vegetables. (Perhaps all the
'Ngoh Hiang' were prepared on a daily basis?)

This should give you a better idea what are the types of ingredients
that you can be getting from this stall. :D

So where can you try this?

The name of this stall would be '大肥娇鲨鱼炸五香虾饼'.
It's located inside 'Pasir Panjang Food Centre'.
