Not the closest link to Curry Chicken, but it is still....

Probably when you have a urge to eat 'Curry Chicken' in Singapore, the first thing that probably come to your mind would be Indian food or probably 'Little India', where one can find more than 50 restaurant along the streets near 'Little India' MRT station.

But although I'm a huge fan of diners at 'Little India' that doesn't mean that I didn't try some other stores out there. :P Today, I am going to introduce another type of 'Curry Chicken' that I love quite a lot.

As usual, food images comes first. :P

'Curry Chicken' from one of the stores of Clementi Central Market
and Food Centre. :D If I'm not mistaken, I have been eating 'Curry Chicken'
made from this store ever since my first go at it like close to 10 years ago. :P
And although I love Indian Curry but the this 'Curry Chicken' had a completely
different taste. For example: the Chinese curry were less spicy and more thick.
Trust me if you were a big fan of 'Curry Chicken', you would definitely give this
store a try.

This is how the store looks like. Besides for my favourite 'Curry Chicken' dish,
they also have 'Braised Mutton', 'Braised Pork' and 'Sesame Oil Chicken'. Too bad
they don't serve the 'Herbal Mutton Soup' any more as it used to be a delicacy also.

More Information about Clementi Market and Food Centre:
  • Most of the store before 9 pm everyday
  • If you want to avoid long queues and spending a long time looking for seats during dinner time, you probably want to reach there before or around 6pm

More Information about this store:
  • Closes before 9pm or weekdays or as soon as all the good food had been sold out
  • Queues will appear around 6pm onwards, but usually the queue isn't longer than 15 minutes
  • The food that they have prepared sold out pretty early during weekends, so take note
