Prefer the dumplings...

I spend quite a bit of time looking for new places/stalls a good try and as you can see, most of the post would revolve around Noodles or Noodles like dishes, which is pretty much related to the post today. :)

'Wanton + Dumplings Noodles'
When I was queuing outside this stall, I was wondering what should
I order, after spending a bit of time debating in my mind, I have
pretty much decided what I'm going to do. I decided to go for a plate
of 'Wanton Noodles', topped with an extra portion of 'Dumplings'.

To some extent, I think that they can simply try selling these plates
of Noodles without the 'wantons'. For a start, the thin Noodles are
pretty springy and chewy. On top of that, soaked inside the sweet and
dark sauce makes it even better. Best of all, the generous portion
of sliced 'Barbecued Pork', vegetables and sliced green chillies are
there to enhance the overall taste of the Noodles even much more further.

The 'wantons' over here are far too disappointing. The ingredients of
the plate of Noodles are even far more better than the 'wantons'. Not
only it's kinda small, but probably it's the 'wanton' skin that are a
bit too thick. Therefore they couldn't wrap a larger lump of mixed
ingredients inside the skin. As compared to the dumplings, the 'wantons'
look kinda dull.

The dumplings on the other hand are far more interesting. Besides for
the lump of ingredients that go into the bigger skin, they have also
added the crunchy prawns inside. Though the bowl of soup is pretty
boring, but the delicious and crunchy dumplings just make the bowl of
soup too insignificant to be noticed.

So where can you give the bowl of Noodles a good try?
The name of this stall would be 'Shun Xing'(順興).
It's located inside 'Beo Crescent Market and Food Centre'.
