Too clean to be true?

Whenever I thought of 'Kway Chap', it would most likely be the sinful pig intestines. :D But, it ain't so easy to find a pretty nice stall that's offering good and clean pig intestines, until...

Here's the basic set of 'Kway Chap' that you can get from this stall.
Although the bowl of 'Kway' can be pretty normal but...

The ingredients that are serve on a separate plate would be the main
focus today. Firstly, the ingredients were not over soaked into the
dark coloured sauce. The sauce was added to the plate after the stall
had finished cutting all the ingredients into smaller pieces. Secondly,
these ingredients are pretty clean. I was looking through some of the
intestines and there's nothing inside them. :) Last but not least, as
the ingredients were not soaked into the sauce before slicing them up,
the taste of the ingredients are pretty fresh and there isn't a mixture
of tastes. (In other words, you can easily differentiate the ingredient
that you have just pop into your mouth even with your eyes closed.)

So where can you try this bowl of 'Kway Chap'?

The name of this stall would be 'Shi Le Yuan'.
It's located inside 'Redhill Market'.
